At Urban K Cosmetics, we want your favorite products to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the details of our shipping policy below:

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

  • During high-demand periods or promotions, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $60.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package.

Lost Packages:

  • Urban K Cosmetics is not responsible for packages lost during shipping. Please, double check your shipping address before you confirm the order.

  • Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information. If an issue arises, reach out to urbanknotspr@gmail.com, and we’ll help you resolve it.

Damaged or Defective Products:

At Urban K Cosmetics, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to receive them in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  1. Report Within 48 Hours: Contact us at urbanknotspr@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damaged or defective items.

  2. Review & Resolution: Our team will review your submission and provide a replacement, refund, or exchange within 3–5 business days.

  3. Return Instructions: In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged product. We will provide a prepaid return label if necessary.

Please Note:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery may not be eligible for a replacement.

  • We do not cover damages caused by natural disasters or shipping carrier delays beyond our control.
